And then you wonder why your confidence drops.

Comparison shifts your focus away from progress
and onto pressure.

It steals:

• gratitude

• momentum

• self-belief

• peace

Quietly. Daily.

Why this matters right now

We’ve never had more access to other people’s lives.
And we’ve never felt more inadequate.

But success isn’t a race.
There is no universal timeline.
There is no deadline you’re missing.

The only real competition you have
is with the version of you from yesterday.
