• You show up → you gain proof

• You try → you gain proof

• You fail → you gain proof

• You improve → you gain proof

And that proof builds belief.

Not the other way around.

The mistake most people make

They wait to feel confident
before they act.

But confidence is a result
not a requirement.

So they stay stuck:

• overthinking

• hesitating

• doubting

All because they’re waiting for a feeling
that only comes after action.

There are things you already know you should do.

But you’re telling yourself:
“I’m not ready yet.”

What you really mean is:
“I don’t have enough proof yet.”

And the only way to get that proof?

Move.
