You’re Not Confused - You’re Avoiding the Hard Choice

A lot of people say:

“I’m confused.”
“I don’t know what to do.”
“I’m trying to figure it out.”

But let’s be honest for a second.

The truth most people won’t say

Deep down, you usually know your options.

You know:

• what’s comfortable

• what’s right

• what’s easy

• what’s necessary

The problem?

The right choice is often the harder one.

So instead of choosing,
you stay in “confusion.”

Because confusion feels safer than commitment.

Why we avoid the hard choice

Because it might require:

• letting go of something familiar

• disappointing someone

• stepping into uncertainty

• facing your own potential

And that’s uncomfortable.

So we delay.
We overthink.
We “analyze.”

But really, we’re just postponing growth.

Why this matters right now

Your life doesn’t change through thinking.

It changes through deciding.

Every level of your life
is locked behind a decision you’ve been avoiding.

Not a perfect decision.
Just an honest one.

This Week’s Challenge

👉 Ask yourself:

“What decision am I avoiding right now?”

Don’t sugarcoat it.

Then ask:
“If I was being completely honest with myself…
what would I choose?”

Now take one step in that direction.

You don’t need certainty.
You need courage.
