or where you want to go.

The hidden signal

Procrastination isn’t always laziness.

Sometimes it’s a signal.

A signal that:

• the goal isn’t clear

• the reason isn’t strong enough

• the path doesn’t excite you

• or you’re chasing something that isn’t truly yours

And your mind resists it.

Not to sabotage you
but to protect your energy.

A lot of people are forcing a life
they don’t even want.

Following paths they didn’t choose.
Chasing goals they didn’t define.

And then blaming themselves
for not being consistent.

But consistency becomes natural
when alignment is real.

“Do I actually want this… or do I just feel like I should?”

If the answer is no
adjust.

If the answer is yes
commit fully.
