Your Standards Are Creating Your Results

Most people don’t need more motivation.

They need higher standards.

Because your life right now is not designed by your goals…
it’s designed by what you allow.

• what you tolerate in relationships

• what you accept in how you treat your body

• what you permit with your time

• what you let slide in your habits

Your standards → become your identity.
And your identity → decides your future.

One person’s standard is:

The other person’s standard is:

Who wins long-term?
The one with a higher standard.

Why this matters now

Everyone has goals.
But goals don’t change you.

Standards do.

You don’t rise to your dreams.
You rise to your minimum acceptable level.

This Week’s Challenge

👉 Raise ONE standard this week.

Examples:

• “I don’t hit snooze.”

• “I don’t talk negatively about myself.”

• “I don’t scroll before bed.”

• “I don’t stay where I’m not respected.”

Just ONE.

Watch how everything around you shifts when you upgrade your minimums.
